TRYZ Competition | Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1.1. The Tryz Tipping Contest ("Contest") is organized by Legz ("Organiser").
1.2. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
2.1. The Contest is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
Entry Period
3.1. The Contest runs weekly for the regular 2024 NRL season. There will be one (1) draw each week of the promotion (15 in total).
3.2. The first week being 13 of the 2024 NRL season which starts 28th May, 2024.
3.3. Each weekly round opens on Tuesday and ends on the following Monday. ("Entry Period").
3.4. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Contest, participants must:
- Register at https://www.legz.com.au/nrl/tryscorer-tipping.
- Select one (1) try scorer per match for each match in the round.
4.2. Selections for each match will be locked at the scheduled start time of the match. (“cut-off”) Try scorer selections can be changed at any time before the selection cut-off.
4.3. Should a participant fail to make a try scorer before the lockout time, the selection is forfeited and no selection can be made.
4.4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Scoring
5.1. Each try scorer will have a points value assigned by the Organiser prior to the weekly Entry Period.
5.2. Should a selected try scorer score a try during the game, the participant will have the point value added to their score.
5.3. Should a selected try scorer not score a try during the game, no points will be added to the participant's score.
5.4. If a selected player is injured or dropped before the game, they will be replaced by the player who replaces them. However, participants may still change that player as long as they do so before the match starts.
Prizes
6.1. The prizes for the Contest are as follows:
- First Prize: $100
- Second Prize: $40
- Third Prize: $10
6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6.3. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. The winners will be determined by the highest points accumulated during the Entry Period.
7.2. Winners will be notified via email within 2 days of the Contest end date.
7.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to the next highest scoring participant.
General Conditions
8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organiser's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion.
8.2. The Organiser's decision in all matters relating to the Contest is final and binding.
8.3. The Organiser is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in the Contest.
8.4. The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participation in the Contest.
Privacy
9.1. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding prizes.
